Cynthia Shereda is Vice President and Chief Counsel, Global Transactions for PepsiCo, Inc. in Purchase, New York. Ms. Shereda has served in a variety of legal roles since graduating from the University of Texas School of Law in 1992, beginning with Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York, New York. Prior to law school, Ms. Shereda was a CPA in Texas. She earned her B.S. from New York University.
